A memory is a moment lived.
Every day with every action,
we are creating images that can
potentially live in our minds forever.

Making choices of how we live,
who we socialize with, and how we speak;
will ultimately determine the quality of those memories.

One thing I know for certain:
I don’t want to quiver at the regret of
an action or word.
I want my memories to be sweet.
I want them to make me smile.
I want them to inspire storytelling,
singing, dancing, and writing.
I want them to make me feel young and vivacious.
I want them to fill me with contentment and love.

This moment will pass in an instant.
Make it a memory worth living again and again,
~~ forever, in your mind. ☺
